We will ship your Frozen Vegan Food order in an insulated Styrofoam cooler (non-cfc) and lots of Dry Ice. To ensure smooth order processing and delivery, please carefully read the guidelines below:

Pre-Order Guidelines:

*Placing a frozen vegan foods order is just as easy, safe and secure as a non-frozen food order.

*There will be a one time $8.99 cooler and dry ice fee automatically applied to your order at checkout. If we need to use another cooler, we will charge you an additional $8.99 (we will let you know prior to charging your credit card).

*We will ship Frozen Food orders only Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following day. We will not ship Frozen Food orders on Thursday (only for UPS or Fed Ex Next Day Air), Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

*If you live within 2 shipping days via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Marietta, GA (see list below), you may place one single order combining frozen, refrigerated and non-frozen foods together.

*If you live beyond 2 shipping days via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Marietta, GA (see list below), you may place one single order combining frozen, refrigerated and non-frozen foods together. You may select the shipping method you prefer, however, the frozen foods may have to ship Fed Ex 2 Day Air. In certain cases, if you live 3 days via UPS Ground (see list below) and the weather is below 32 degrees, we can ship your order UPS Ground. If we need to ship your frozen food via Fed Ex 2 Day Air, we will email or call you alerting you of the additional shipping charges.

*Frozen Food orders will qualify for free shipping if you live in the following states: Georgia & Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virgina, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, WAshington D.C., Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Lousiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missourri, Iowa, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Mississippi. If you live outside these states, you will need to select Fed Ex 2 Day or UPS 2 Day Air as a shipping option.

*Due to the perishable nature of a Frozen Foods order, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or ship outside the U.S. (sorry, no international orders).

*Please provide the correct shipping address. An incorrect shipping address will delay your order and may resuilt in a $10 fee if UPS is unable to ship to a correct address.

Post-Order Guidelines:

*After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please carefully read your order confirmation. Please confirm your shipping address and the products you ordered. If you need to edit your order after it's been placed, please send us an email or call us toll free 800-260-9968 immediately! We will be happy to make any necessary changes provided we haven't already shipped your order.

*When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number. Please save this email.

*Please be available to receive your package when it arrives. If you are not going to be home, please have your order shipped to your work address. *Shipping hint* Shipping to a commercial address will save you money!

*Once you receive your package, please transfer your frozen foods to your freezer immediately. Do not allow your frozen food package to sit outside or inside your car for a long period of time (more than 2 hours). If you frozen foods feel warm, please transfer to the freezer immediately. They will be just fine (the same as when you go shopping and purchase frozen foods and they thaw in your car).

*When you open your box, the dry ice should be gone and your frozen foods should still be very cold provided you receive your package within 48 hours of ordering.

*Dry Ice will be contained in it's own packaging inside the insualted Styrofoam container and due to it's nature will subliminate (turns to gas). If there is remaining dry ice in your package, please DO NOT TOUCH with your bare hands! It will eventually melt (subliminate), so there is no clean up! If you need to remove dry ice, please use protective gloves (any cotton or rubber glove should be fine)

*If UPS or Fed Ex is unable to deliver the package, you will be responsible for any addtional UPS imposed redelivery fees.

*Returned packages are subjected to a $10.00 fee on top of any fees imposed by UPS and you will most likely need to place a reorder if the frozen foods have thawed and are not edible.

What is Dry Ice?

Dry Ice is frozen carbon dioxide. It is a safe and very effective cooling agent that will keep your frozen food order cold during it's travel from our warehouse in Marietta, GA to your location. Dry Ice sublimates to gas leaving no moisture when it changes from solid to gas.

Why use Dry Ice?

Dry ice is colder (-78.5 °C -109.3 °F) than frozen water. Ice packs alone will not keep frozen foods frozen for an extended period of time. By the time you get your package, the dry ice should be gone.

What packing material will you use?

We will use a shipping box, a large Styrofoam cooler (non-cfc), lots of dry ice and normal packing material (recycled newspaper, cornstarch peanuts, etc). The cost for the cooler and dry ice is $8.99. You will automatically be charged $8.99 when you checkout with frozen foods. Should your order require two boxes, you will be charged an additional $8.99 (after your order is placed).
